The School, Work and Local Area project is back, an initiative that brings together the worlds of education and manufacturing to introduce young people to local businesses with a view to helping them decide on their future career paths.
FCF Fontanafredda Cold Forging had the pleasure of welcoming some of the third-year classes from the Balliana-Nievo Secondary School in Sacile, offering them a concrete opportunity to discover firsthand a dynamic and technologically advanced sector such as cold forging of high-precision steel and aluminum components.
During the visit, the students were able to observe the production process up close, learn about the different professions involved, and understand how technical skills, precision, and teamwork combine every day to create high-quality products.
We strongly believe in the value of these experiences. Opening the doors of our company to young people means investing in the future of the local area, promoting technical culture, curiosity, and orientation towards the world of work.
This initiative strengthens the link between schools, businesses, and communities, creating a solid bridge between education and professional opportunities.
